    Anyone measure an ACTUAL weight for the 458? If so how did it compare to the advertised weight?

    1540kg in the lightest configuration (sport seats, rims, all carbon options). With a full fuel tank.

    Official figure is 1485kg.

    Actually, 3395 because a kilo = 2.20462 pounds. 1540 X 2.20462 = 3395#

    I just wonder how much weight gets added by the recall to fix the fire problems.....

    It actually saves a lot of weight... Ferrari is being pretty Hush-Hush... but this is the centerpiece of the fix...
