Hope someone could help me, this is the car which I saw in Finland back 1999-2000 winter, chassis number 73/80. http://kuvablogi.com/blog/1949/53/ Lamborghini Club Italia's meeting recently were seen 2 GT Diablos; one orange 2/80 and one yellow which seemed to be this chassis 73/80. Only problmen is now, if it was black winter 2000, why it's now in yellow?! I checked this from the video uploader, were there third GT also, but no there wasn't so it must be this yellow one which is seen this video part 3.00-3.13. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rH7HgJPq6CA&feature=email[/ame] So is there anyone who has some information of this specific Diablo GT? - why it has yellow today? - is the chassis number modified some reason? Thanks for your help!
Very interesting! If I understood right, you meant yellow one in that Club meeting were chassis 16/80?!
Ok thanks for your help!!! Really appreciate it! I started to get worried; who has courage to repaint this kind of rare peace of art. I understand the rear wing, but not change of the color from orginal. So everything again nice and OK
This is intersting. Lamborghiniregistry-page isn't going to help now, so has anyone informations how many black Diablo GT's were made?
It's working but some pages including this GT registry page is down, where I found the 73/80's location previously.
Not sure how many, put I have car #74 of 80 with me, currently at 9800 KMS and NOT FOR SALE...love it. Image Unavailable, Please Login
There's at least one black Diablo GT in the UK. I say at least one because I saw one around 1999 or 2000 at the NEC in Birmingham. It could be the same car that has been seen a few times over the last few years. Probably the same car I'd guess.
#28 is also black. I saw it in 2005 for the first time and the last time I saw it was earlier this year at Bob Forstners Lamborghini museum. Don't know if he still has it because it was for sale on his website for many years but since some weeks it's no longer offered there. here are some pics from 2005 Martin Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ok, thanks for all to adding this informations. I haven't found anywhere anything of Kimi's Diablo images or story or anything. So this is fastastic to get these images and history stories!
Thats the one Roy wanted to buy some time ago, i think the rims looks better when they are painted in Silver, not so bling imo.
