I also see plexi windows, a different front central air intake (between main nostrils), and some racing tow setup. Do you have higher resolution copies straight from the camera? If you can see the interior, maybe they have stripped some of it. was only one person in the car? Perhaps this is a prototype racer...
i think they're just working out the specific details of the Enzo they're gonna give to me... i really wish you guys wouldn't be so intrusive and take pictures and post them all over the internet... Next thing you know, you'll be looking for one of those serial number thingies...
ill second the MC12, although the roofline doesn't look quite right-- then again, I've never seen an MC12 IRL so who am I to say that??
Blue car in the shop is a MC12. Red car on the track is not a MC12...it's an Enzo with different exhaust and a hood "a la F40". I'd say Enzo GT= early stage.

ahh, thanks Seth, didn't catch that. The blue MC12 is awesome! Don't know what this enzo thing is - maybe beginning stages of testing mechanicals for the enzo's replacement
Looks like it's got a rollcage and a plexi front window as well (I also circled the revised front intake for kicks). Not digging the NACA duct up front, but if it's a necessity... -Chris Image Unavailable, Please Login

Confirmed by Ferrari insider info about the Enzo Modificato: here are some factory facts about the ENZO we have spotted. Its right now and at the moment just 1 singel car!!!!! The car belongs to a private person who runs a race team in Europe. He wants to use the ENZO for the FIA GT or something like this. They upgraded the ENZO to his personal wishes/thoughts. Ferrari is indeed thinking about to start something like this with the ENZO!!!!!!!! (BTW IT IS AN ENZO and not a Maserati MC12 like some of you mentioned)
That's pretty exciting. For me at least, much more exciting than a new super Enzo test mule because we already know that the new car will be coming at some point.

Yes, that's my assumption. I'll ask around. As you may know he's pretty close with the factory, so it wouldn't surprise me (during the pre-introduction of the Enzo he allready had expressed his desire for an Enzo GT).
