Shlt, I don't recognize that one with what looks to be the Porsche red interior. Very unfortunate. It makes you wonder as to whether these track days are worth it. Obviously not in this guys case. That really sucks to see anything like that happen. It absolutely makes you think twice about track days. FYI, the story on NBC has been updated to say that the second person died as well. The structure of the car itself seems like it held up amazingly well. I would assume that it was probably the mass of the helmets that caused spinal injury. Makes you wonder if a HANS system would have prevented this....
I tried calling his phone, no answere, no email reply since this morning which is unusall. God please dont tell me its ben, im so sorry for the family if it was. please post if you find out for sure whats going on.

R.I.P Ben He was one of those guys who made me enjoy spending time on car forums, we were in disagreement most of the times but made up recently, I will miss him and pray for his family. He left a wife and a baby daughter.

I've just learned about this tragic news... I'm shocked and deeply saddened. My deepest heartfelt condolences go out to the family of Ben and his passenger.
