I had read the jammers weren't very effective anyway. I have had a few laser runins, but my V1 always picked up the signal as it was being bounced off cars in front of me. BTW, anyone else catch the laser signals on their detectors in the vicinity of smoky hill? I think it has something to do with the military in the area. Dave

Radar jammers don't work. Escort laser jammers work very well. Saved me on many occasions. CHP and more and more local cops are using laser for all their stationary speed traps, so it really kind of sucks.

John told me about people like you here and I wanted to see for myself what it's like. I had fun meeting a few of you at the ACC show a few weeks ago. I wrote then about watching John's 550 and (x') Countach leaving on I-470. It was amazing to watch! He came over to my place later for a steak. It's been more than fun, it's been educational, feeding this forum, waiting for the "eggheads" (John calls you "spoonheads") who would finally "catch on" to the fact that this excellent forum isn't YOUR sick playground. It's a fine, informative venue for sharing opinions and facts. I wrote some of my postings. I edited a couple ideas John sent me. John's photos of his wheel choices, we thought, would be a sure tip off--but nooooooo. I had fun using my middle name once to see if anyone WAS watching! My name is William Rober ___.
