Absolutely gorgeous. I'm probably being an idiot... but does the 'Noble' replica have anything to do with Lee Noble of M12/M400 fame?
I'm guessing it must be a gud 'un. The high bidder is Paul Skett (P4replica) and if there is anyone who knows his Noble P4's its him.
Kevan I can;t say I know the car but the reserve is way too high if it's above £19k, fwiw it looks like he's got some chums bidding although I'm assuming P4 replica is Paul Skett who runs the register and owns one, unless perhaps he fancies two!, if you want know more about it I'd call Neil or Matthew at NF developments who make them now, I'm sure they'll know the car inside out http://www.nfauto.co.uk/options.htm
Andrew (Rico) yes Lee Noble did the original P4 replicas, Neil Foreman bought the business a few years ago (I think there was a Mr Butler that owned it in between) AndrewG Foreman's own 'canam style' runs a 400i engine, pic of it at http://www.nfauto.co.uk/p4cangwd.htm
thinking about it the price may not be silly, it's had some substantial work inc correcting the tail hinges (normally the replicas hinge from the rear)
Might be but those folks often immediately withdraw the bid and watch as they now know where the reserve is. Will make mine seem like extremely good value when I put it up for sale !
The reserve was actually dropped to £25k on the last day but no takers. The other bidder was testing to find the reserve price. rgds
