Correct Position/Direction of 348 wheels?

I have heard a lot of debate as to which is the correct way 348 wheels should be on the car. I have heard that some have been mounted with the wheels in the wrong direction. Does anyone have a pic of the correct position of 348 wheels on a car? Thanks.
