... Would you do THIS to your Enzo? It's from an italian website, they install highly sophisticated stereo/DVD/CD/GPS systems... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
No GPS but a radio would be nice. Or an IPOD sys. Getting lost in an Enzo isnt a pb..U end up spending more time in it which is great.
... All of those wooden panels to on the carbonfiber doors, to fit the speakers.... No, i wouldn't do that! Better in natural.
No I would not do that to my Enzo. Not only is it a waste of money and the killing of a wounderful car. Look at all that added weight! But on a side note, I bet it sounds great. I mean a fully enclosed area made of CF is what you would what for sound. But I would save it for the sound of the V12!!!!
I saw a web site with a silver one in Japan and it has the complete passenger side dash ripped up with a stereo and nav system. Plus speakers on the floor in front of the seats.
um.....guys, why do you need a stereo system in a Enzo when you have the most beautiful sound maker in the entire world just right behind you....i'll love to enjoy that sound every second i drive it......
i disagree. Why not, if money is no object?? ...which it obviously isn't, for an enzo owner! First set of pics ..speakers in door are over-kill ...but i def like the passenger DVD screen in the second pic...fits in nicely and looks like a good job.
If all the modified pieces were duplicates, and the originals were tucked away in a safe place?? ABSOLUTELY!! AWESOME setup. Why not? I may want to hear the sound of my engine 100% of the time, but I can guarantee you that my dates do not.
The second set up is retarded. The Driver cant look at it safely when driving and who the hell is going to watch TV or a DVD in an Enzo ? Its hardly the most comfortable place ...
did McIntosh ever make decks for cars? If so that would be kinda cool in anything... but I believe the car comes standard with a fine stereo located just behind the seats!
I can't help but be skeptical of somehting like this. Not because i don't believe it but moreso because I think that this goes against the whole idea of an Enzo. Granted, it's theirs and they may do as they wish, yet, the car is all out performance and something like this seems to compromise the purpose that the car was so extensively engineered for. Granted it may only be a few pounds but I also am referring to the idea. I feel like if someone wants to do this buy a Hummer or something. An Enzo is all about speed not bling. This makes this Enzo seem like way about appearance and being seen rather than driving. But then again this is my opinion and lamentably not my Enzo. After all my complaing, I'd still take it.
Thats the first Enzo I've seen that I didn't want. I think it ruined what the Enzo is supposed to be. Mark
I would(referring to 1st enzo). I might change how many speakers he put on the doors but I'd put a sound system in an enzo. Then again, I would do very little tracking and more midnight runs so the the bit of extra weight wouldnt bother me.
