    Why do crap like this? What amazes me is how loyal customers run to the defense a situation they probably know nothing about. Just because the dealer has made several people on this board happy does not mean the dealer did not screw up on this sale or screw up on other sales from time to time. Accept responsibility, make it right and move on. Mistakes are going to happen.
