Love that color, but prefer the coupes body.

I really liked the "spy shot" pshop of a gallardo that had raised headrests behind the seats.

Seems like the same green one that was up at LoBC. It's got a metallic shine, and it was stunning!

The car looks great in a ragtop. I like the color but NOT on the Gallardo. Reminds me of British racing green, blech! I'd love it on a Bentley, Rolls or other classy sedan. The chocolate interior accent is gorgeous, but to me, it's just too conservative and 'blah' for a G car. (IMHO)

Agreed. Without the roofline it looks blocky. The side view also changes since the intakes in front of the rear wheels angle up and back to meet the rear window at the point it meets the rear deck.

Does anybody else feel that the spider doesn't quite have that "Gallardo" quality?
I think it looks cheap to tell you the truth.

I saw one in person at the Philadelphia Auto Show, and, I have to say, it looks a hell of a lot better in person than it does in pictures. The proportions never seemed right to me in pictures, but it all comes together in person somehow.

    Thanks for the pictures.

As someone else said, British racing green only flatters big, heavy British sedans, and occasionally an older Jag, Aston or Triumph. On an Italian supercar it looks corny.

But I'm sure the owner loves it, and at the end of the day that's all that matters. LOL.

    Thanks for the shots NNO,

    Cavallini

Looks cute. Don't know if that's what a Lambo is suppose to look like.

I don't know about "cheap" but I do agree that the coupe is more beautiful and complete than the convertible.

However, coupes almost always look better than convertibles with a few notable exceptions such as the Ferraris--355, 365, 250 Cali Spider, the Murci and perhaps the E-type. I'm sure I've forgotten something.

    Forza,

    Cavallini

    Thanks for the shots, Carbon.

With that color combo, I picture the owner in a tweed jacket with elbow patches, a pipe, and a newspaper under his arm.
