New Addition to the garage

    Over the Xmas holiday we moved in to a new home with a 3 car garage so that could mean only 1 thing. I needed to add a new toy. I looked around at some early 70's Ford Bronco's but could not find anything that I liked. Then I found a 1983 Jeep CJ7 Laredo with only 28k on it down in Macon. 15 years ago when I lived in FL and before my daughter was born I used to have a 83 CJ7 Laredo and always missed it. So I decided to pull the trigger, I forgot how fun these old Jeeps are. The first pic is my old Jeep and the next few pics are the one I just purchased. It will be fun this summer to cruise around in it.

    Saw it earlier today...yes we let Andy back in the subdivision for a visit. (Its like going in a time capsule). It is amazingly clean, and the old-school interior is excellent!

    but it is a tad too clean. Old CJ7's are great cars. You picked a good one! Let me know if you want to go get it dirty. My Bronco has the same cleanliness problem.

    Nice. You will love it. My 99 Wrangler has seen a lot of use over the last few weeks in the North Georgia snow and ice.
