    On my Comcast (in Marietta), Velocity is on channel 844.

    yes looking at my package i should be getting it also but am not. i guess i'll need to call comcast to get it resolved when i have an hour to waist/nothing else to do.

    I can understand not wanting to call there, horrible experience. I had to call their internet service department a few weeks ago and was on hold waiting for 20 minutes, at which point they picked up and hung up. I called back and went through the exact routine 2more times,then gave up. When the automated operator picked up they asked if I would be a part of a survey where they would call me back 10 minutes after my call to them was through. I said yes all 3x. They never called back either. Horrible horrible service. Makes Direct TV look like the greates service on earth.
