David Murry Racing open house shop tour

David Murry Racing is having his grand opening open house which the Lotus club has been invited to attend. I asked David if the F chatters can attend and he said " yes, with open arms "..

David Murry has Prancing Horse in his blood as he drove a Ferrari 355 a few years ago in IMSA. his background also includes being a " factory driver " for Lotus, Porsche, BMW, Ford GT, etc. he also has NASCAR history as well as a test drive in a Tyrell Judd F1 car.

Davids shop is prepping and restoring race cars for vintage and or current road racing drivers. His shop is located next to Road Atlanta behind the BBS building.

His open house will be catered with food and drink and we are all invited. He currently has his IMSA 3rd place Daytona car in the shop as well as 2 Lotus Esprit race cars one of which was the Zenardi car which ran at Lemans a decade ago. he also has a variety of Porsche 911 race cars getting restored or prepped for the 2015 season.

The open house will be Friday March 27th from 5:30 to 8:30. Grassroots Motorsports Magazine will be on hand doing a photo shoot for the magazine and an interview from David and the team. It will be a fun evening.
