    Question. I received a call the other week, that the PR firm was sending out electronic signature forms to speed up the process on the day of the event. I said that I'd not seen anything... Question... Has anyone else seen an email come with electronic signature?

    yes i completed mine last week.. i think.... it was just check the box and it was signed.

    I received my form shortly after I submitted my information for the initial registration.

    George...I did get back the confirmation form right after... But there is supposed to be a set of electronic wavier forms to come also, that helps to eliminate the manual paperwork we normally do at the dealership that morning. (So you got the wavier also?)

    Hi Bob,

    The documents AFIK that you should have with hard copies are:

    A. Assumption of Risk and Relaase from Liability [your name on the form]
    B. Official Video and Photo Waiver and Relase Form
    C. R2R Rules and Regs. [always a handy ref. if you need to call anyone out :)]
    D. Confirmation email copy of registration and received signed waivers

    That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

    George.... Only received the confirmation back on 4/3, but it also said we should receive an e-Wavier in the mail. (that has not come). I went out to the website and there are no downloadable forms. (only drivers reference rules...etc)

    George...Did that... Supposedly the PR firm was to resend. (And I spoke so some others that had the same issue). Basically we have just the confirmation email and that is all.

    * WILL *..... Yes you ..... Should some not receive the electronic forms for wavier, and I see there are not out on the site, just show up with the confirmation email and sign something at FMOA?

    Bob, yes we can handle registrations here if our system breaks down and the forms don't come through.
    Now back to the beach and that rum drink.
