    I am considering purchasing a piece of property north of Knoxville, near Clinton. This would be a secondary residence/vacation site. I would be interested in hearing any insight from people local to that area. Especially positive/negative aspects to that particular area.

    I am in the very beginning stages of looking at property so i would appreciate any and all advice local residents might offer. Thank you.
