FCA Georgia Coppa Alpina 2016 (September 9th - 11th, 2016)

The annual Ferrari of Atlanta Coppa Rossa Coppa Alpina will be a weekend get away to Highlands, in the North Carolina mountains, on the weekend of September 9th to 11th, 2016; an event central to the membership in Atlanta, the western parts of North Carolina, South Carolina and East Tennessee.

The draft itinerary of events for the 2016 Coppa Alpina will be as follows:-
• Arrive at the Highlands Inn and Lodge in the early evening of Friday September 9th, 2016 from your home location;
• Pre-dinner cocktails will commence at 7:00pm in the hotel lobby;
• A sumptuous dinner at Wild Thyme Restaurant, voted one of the top three restaurants in Highlands, NC (according to Trip Advisor), will commence at 8:00pm;
• A pre-drivers briefing will occur at 9:45am in the parking lot of the Highlands Inn and Lodge on Saturday September 10th, 2016;
• The 2016 Coppa Alpina drive will commence at 10:00am and you will arrive at the lunch venue at approximately 12:00pm;
• Depart from the lunch venue at approximately 1:30pm and make our leisurely way through some lovely mountain roads back to the Highlands Inn and Lodge to arrive around 4:00pm;
• Relax and enjoy the surroundings and other activities at Highlands on Saturday afternoon;
• Pre-dinner cocktails at approximately 7:00pm on Saturday September 10th with dinner to follow afterwards at Ristorante Paoletti, voted one of the top three restaurants in Highlands, NC (according to Trip Advisor); and
• Depart at your leisure on Sunday September 11th, 2016.

The price to attend the 2016 Ferrari of Atlanta Coppa Alpina will be $300 per person. This fee covers the following:-
• Pre-dinner cocktails, dinner and alcoholic beverages (wine and beer) during dinner on Friday evening;
• Admittance to the Coppa Alpina "challenge observation" drive to lunch and your chance to win the 2016 Coppa Alpina trophy;
• Gourmet lunch at a yet to be disclosed venue including non alcoholic beverages (alcoholic beverages to be paid separately by any participant);
• Afternoon pleasure drive from the lunch venue through the mountain roads back to the Highlands Inn and Lodge; and
• Pre-dinner cocktails, dinner and alcoholic beverages (wine and beer) during dinner on Saturday night.

The Ferrari Club have managed to secure a block of rooms at the Highlands Inn and Lodge at a very special price of only $165 per Standard Room per night plus taxes (or $179 per Deluxe Room). This evening marks the start of the Ferrari of Atlanta 2016 Coppa Alpina in Highlands, NC.

There are 42 people attending bringing with them 30 cars to drive through the mountain roads of North Carolina and Georgia.
