    Interesting... I NEVER knew! Hmmm, Maybe we see a future in K-1 with him???? Now that would be interesting. (probably not).

    Well, Vitali's forty now, and Emanuel Steward, boxing trainer of Vitali's brother Wladimir, has said that Vitali suffered some severe injuries in his kickboxing career (where he became world champion). The injuries are so bad that they are a problem for Vitali to this day, so, even if K-1 purses were significant enough to attract Vitali's interest, I really doubt that he'd subject his body to the level of abuse that K-1 involves.
