Only one recommendation for Rob would be the point settings. No upside to picking upsets as you only get points for a win. Rather points + the seeding of the team. . Most all brackets are set up that way.
no one does it like that, this is old school points, stop trying to be creative. I am in a 100+ pool every year and 95% of everyone picks the 2 or 3 favorites, even if a favorite wins that you pick likely someone else did better earlier rounds. I have cleaned up over the years in that league picking teams with good chance to win, but not a top 3 favorite. In this case different because so few entries.
