Transferring iTunes library from one computer to another

    I recently got a new laptop and have slowly started to migrate some of my significant files (pictures, videos, Adobe software, etc.) from my old desktop over to my laptop. And now, I'm at the point of wanting to put my iTunes library over there. Is there anyway I could offload my iPhone's content onto my laptop? Or is there another method? Thanks in advance!

    That seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the info.

    Also, I'm assuming my purchased iTunes content will show up in my iTunes on my laptop right? Because I have some episodes of Top Gear on my iPad.

    I tunes is a good program but it certainly has it's limitations.
