ios 8 is breaking stuff...

    My company offers a mobile app and a browser based user interface tied to backend SQL servers, either on-premises at the customer or in our cloud... ios 8 has wreaked havoc on both, causing login issues. I'm not a programmer or developer, im in sales, so my understanding of the tech stops there, but I usually am in tune with why things work and dont work on typical troubleshooting issues.

    The issues are both with the native app people can download as well as using a browser...

    Has anyone else experienced issues where ios 8 is causing problems?

    I'm not asking for a tech diagnosis, just looking for anecdotal evidence that "its not just us"

    I have got at least one report of users not able to close attachment upload window from iPhone/iPad Safari w/IOS8.

    Yeah,me too..can't load pics with iPad anymore. And I hazz good ones of new boat and doggies at the beach.
    Maybe iPad will fix one day?

    I'd be curious to see what the overall login issues are and what the error logs look like. Tough to say what would suddenly change in iOS8 that is suddenly breaking this. Still works fine on older releases of iOS?

    Yep. iPad Air, iOS 7.1.2 here. Can only do one at a time (directly) as they're all named 'image.jpg'. But no worries closing the upload window.....

    However, I vaguely recall it used to be an issue way back when..... I seem to recall giving up trying to upload pix from the iPad for a while. Anyone else?

    if you want to use FChat normally with IOS, I don't suggest 8.

    Just downloaded 8.1..gonna test putting a pic here(wuz gonna do it on post your pets but where's it ?)..anyway here goes..and if it works:witness we had our own beach,innit.

    iOS 8 really lags my iPad. Such a mistake to even update it, .

    IOS 8 can break stuff, depending on how it is written. As a developer, your company's mobile developers have had access to the betas for months before release precisely to make sure your apps work.

    Not really sure what the root is but I am not surprised.
