Anyone here can share if my developer I am engaging to build an app that is a hybrid . Meaning it can be used both for Andriod and IOS Care to share your views
If not much native code is required u can quickly do it with jquery mobile and angular to build the generic code
May be a bit late but.. what technlology / stack is used? new palteform like xamarin will help you do what you want. It is cross platform native using the right sdk PHP may be the hard way to go about it but there is no wrong way as long as the guy knows what he does. AS far as efficiency, PHP for cross platform may not be best
