Feel like it's sacrilegious to say it, but I'll be there with the Lambo Houston group from Thursday to Saturday. Looking forward to the Super Trofeo races.
There are a few parties going on Wednesday prior to the races. I'll be flying back just in time and hope to get out there to watch. There's also a big Ford GT gathering around town too.
I will be there Friday and Saturday with the Ford GT National Rallye in the Ford Tent. We do a hill country drive on Sunday, that should be a sight to see, amongst all the normal biker groups. Hoping I can schmooze Raj (designer) and other Ford big wigs, and get into the second 500 new GT's produced. A bunch of the forum guys went to Lemans and Daytona this year, and say the GT team treated them like kings.

Very cool. Did not know about the designer too. A handful of the owners' trailers will be stored outside of my business and there will also be a stop there for a part of the scavenger hunt/drive on Sunday. Unfortunately, I'm out at Driveway Austin for another event all day. But you'll be able to stop in and say hello to my business partner and GM.
Actually we are taking both the GT and the California, so yes we may have 2 seats on Sunday available. Get a room and come on down. The Rally Hotel is the JW Marriott downtown. Randy, sorry we will miss you Sunday.
I am not getting the usual ticket offers from COTA, last I heard they were offering two different Stands seats in a combined package? What has anyone else heard? I may be GA at the door! Anyone seen confirmed event schedule? I will be flying my date in...... From Houston, not any exotic country or anything......her daughter has a birthday party to attend..

I find the Austin Craigs' List is FULL of PSL seats...try there! Or just walk up to the booth when you get there, and cut a deal. But a good PSL seat on C/L may well be cheaper!!!

Thursday it turns out is the White's 50th Anniversary, and the Derailers play at 9:30 Two Tons of Steel there Saturday, but start before race ends, and they close at Midnight...might be C Boys on South Congress for Race After Party. I am the only one posting, are all the Lambo and Ford parties Invitation Only???? I will be at the Big Green House, So. Congress at Live Oak. Won't have Ferrari though...
