Yes it is and it's priced for a quick sale. Hennessey advertised the HPE700 as:

    0-60 mph in 2.9
    0-100 mph in 6.4 seconds
Quarter mile in 10.6 seconds at 134 mph

But this one has the exhaust that adds 5hp over base 705hp from my understanding. I'm not a track guy and have never experimented with limits, but a few back road blasts confirm super performance with the ability to drive to the grocery store in comfort as a weekend cruiser.

Being a collector I can assure the new owner will not be disappointed in any aspect.

If you don't know what the base ZR1 is about Jay Leno lays it all out (and he has one):

    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-eqtxX3G-7A

He said he didn't know how you could get more power out if it at the end of the video...well here it is.

Few questions regarding any blemishes, paint (collision or cosmetic) work, and scratches on clear window, and interior.

    1. Single touch-up (minor rock chip on hood) that requires close 2' look to find
    2. No paint or body work cosmetic or collision repair on any panel
    3. Plastic on CF hood is perfect (picture)
    4. Seats show next to no wear and minial creasing on leather (looks and smells new) car has rarely had a passenger

Wow, nice car and excellent value. If I did not live in Manhattan where it costs a fortune to store, I would be the new owner, easily at full asking price. GLWS.
