Based on my performance in my other league's live draft, I'm just going to to let Yahoo autodraft.
I'm probably going to miss the league II draft, but based on my draft from last year, that might not be a bad thing....
I had to autodraft in a different league this year and it drafted Blake Bortles and Marcus Mariota as my QBs...awesome. I am going to try to live draft for FC2.
I'm not sure if I am in luck or not. It's supposed to rain here Sunday so I may be home to draft live. Otherwise, I would be doing the auto-draft. Now let's see, what is better, I draft or the computer drafts? Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmm.
OK, both leagues full for the live drafts today. Good luck to everyone! We'll do bottom 2 demotions and top 2 promotions again. Next year we'll start a 3rd Division league too.
I was ready to go at 8am pacific but it says 9 pacific. I thought it said 9 mountain so we'll see what happens. Looking forward to a good year in both leagues. Robb
Didn't start till noon on my end. They usually let you in before that though. Bye weeks are challenging this year...seems like 90% of the teams are off in weeks 8, 9, and 10.
Did I end up with a team in both 1 & 2? I have no problem running 2 teams if that is the case. I just never saw a notification about being removed from 2. Just curious.
yep, that is fine in case you are bottom 2 in first and top 2 in second, then you can "swap" there are a few of us in both like me, Jennie, and Robb.
I had no choice but to do that, so I am really weak at RB. When you were drafting, I was freezing in a tent at Yellowstone Natl' Park at the 'Madison' campground'. Got down to 30 Sunday night, and 27 Monday night - and it rained.
Looks like a 'kiss your sister' week. Thought I had the win locked up with a 20 point lead and only one player left on Lawn Guy's team. Go figure... projected 10 points for Hyde and he pulls 20. Sigh...
Well, I didn't realize that Yahoo would autodraft suspended players. So, hurrah for that. 0-1, but did better than expected.
It's funny I didn't know the names of any of the owners. And then this morning I read in the NFL thread that one of the regular posters, Nicholas, said he was in FChat II and commented on how I did with a couple of my players. I never even thought about the actual names of the owners, so this morning I went into both leagues to see who was playing. I saw Fast Ian and remembered I read some thread that said he passed away. I wasn't sure if it was the same person and I didn't want to ask in a thread if that was the same person in case I was wrong (as in reports of my demise are greatly exaggerated). So I emailed Rob this morning to see if I was correct. Sadly I was. He will be missed. I understand he wasn't even American and he kicked everybody's butts last year. You have a tough legacy to maintain Yin!
Ian never had a chance to put his imprint on this season's team. Yahoo autodrafted for him and automatically ran with the starting roster for the first 3 games, before we realized he had been signed up for the season this morning. I'll leave his team name, English Executioner, as a memorial to him for this season but and try to give you guys a more competitive opponent. RIP Fast Ian.
