Yeah, with the bye week, lots of idle fingers on keyboards. Dak or Tony? Tony or Dak? That's all anyone seems to want to talk about. People coming up with all sort of imaginative ideas to get rid of Romo and minimize his cap hit. He's going to cost Dallas a lot of moolah, whether he plays for us or not. Last year was a lost year because we had no credible skill players after the loss of Murray, Dez and Romo. We now have a promising rookie QB, but a rookie nonetheless. Zeke to add a running option we didn't have. Some of the WRs developing, but still ask sta of concern to me. And, the D is no longer a disaster. If Dak doesn't hit the rookie wall, he's a special player, and we'll have had a great season. If Tony rides in on his white horse & saves the day, super. If not, then the writing is on the wall, adios Tony in 2017. I say enjoy it while it lasts, ride Dak as far as he'll take us, and then if he falters, put Tony in. Jets are a disaster. They are going nowhere. They need to commit to one of the two young guys for the remainder of this season, see if they have anything worth a damn...T
LOL. I assume you were being witty. I read a story with a great line the other day. It went something like this - The Jets are a team built to win now that can't win right now. Ouch! T
Yep. Just about all the Jets "stars" are over 30. They have no idea who their QB is going to be next week let alone next year. Bowles inherited this mess...not his fault. Jets are toast this year. Decker out with hip and shoulder. They have 4 QBs on the roster...most in NFL. Two have net been in a game. Are they gonna develop these guys? The defense can't stop anybody. They used to be decent. Sad.
lol, no I was giving my honest opinion. I think their defense is good, they have decent receivers (Marshall is a stud, but I'm not a fan of Decker), but their QB's all stink. Without a real QB, they aren't built for anything other than a top 5 pick in next year's draft. Now you know why it took the Jets management so long to give him that contract this past summer, and I can't say I really blame them.
Announced that Dak will start week 8. Yes. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000723862/article/dak-prescott-to-start-for-cowboys-vs-eagles-in-week-8
I was going to post that. This should be reserved for picks only so that it is easy for all of us to see them, and for the keeper of the records to tally the results. Small talk, expert analysis and general BS should be relegated to the 2016 NFL Season thread. That's where I post all my BS!

The Sea v Az tie. I plan on not counting the tie game rather than entering a .5 win and a -.5 loss. Not only is this less work (for me) it will make the % calc a tiny bit higher because the denominator is one less. By the end of the season it will be even more insignificant. Speak now or forever hold your peace. It will effect everyone exactly the same.
I agree with you. It's a tie, doesn't affect anything, the logical (or reasonable) thing to do is to omit it to save yourself the work.
