I am talking about the new vs. QP V and older era cars. I rather buy a BMW than these new Maseratis...
Unfortunately for the more hard core fans the buying public prefers the latest generation of cars. I prefer the QPV body design as well. But the new one with the V8 and 2WD is supposed to be quite nice. Here in the USA 4WD is quickly becoming the defacto standard and Maserati doesn't have a setup just yet for higher HP & torque. I have friends with older GT cars, earlier 2000's cars and a new Ghibli as well. They like them all.
Here is the car that made me fall in love with 4200 Spyders. Saw this sitting up at Road America many years ago. I still think the early 2002/2003 models looked best, even better than the GS as these early cars are what the original design from Ital Designs looked like. I don't care for the rear side windows on the 4200 coupes, but the 4200 Spyder deletes them and takes the wheelbase down to 2400mm, perfect for looks in my opinion. My personal car is silver and a GT. This yellow car was a CC. Image Unavailable, Please Login
