When he found a buyer for my Viper, I paid him the same commision that I would have paid here in Houston. What I said in my thread was that Roy didn't ask for a thing. I didn't say he wasn't going to get anything. I have paid him for his services; willingly I might add. So IMO your opinion doesn't matter.

Just like most of you I know Roy personally. Not only is he the best in his field but one hell of a fun guy! I do business with him outside the exotic car world as well as bought my Ferrari Challenge Stradale and my 04 Gallardo from him. Which I still have both. He saved me at least $10k on each from all other options and got my cars quicker, no issues and immediate call backs and e-mails. Roy is a breath of fresh air in a world of mainly sharks! I just saw this thread. You are correct that looking two years for a Diablo is nothing. However during those two years you claimed to have looked, almost every type of 6.0, has come to the market. - Everything from salvage cars, crashed fixxer uppers, repos with hi miles, cars with significant mechanical issues that were priced accordingly, to no stories collector-quality cars with 1000 miles on the odometer. I feel that if you are not buying a brand new car, it is wise to buy a car, that represents the best mechanical value (just my opinion). I have posted before, that I feel color selection, is way down on the list of important considerations (again just my opinion) when looking at the overall picture of buying a used car. Trying to find a very distinct or unique color combination, will take many years to find (if ever). What would you do, if your best color combo (exterior and interior) comes available, yet the car is in very bad mechanical condition ? Perhaps the owner may never want to sell ? If your heart is set on a certain exterior color, you should strongly consider compromising, when an undesireable interior color is available. Remember with the 6.0, their are simply not alot of color combos available to purchase on the market. Their are just so few cars to go around. _____ I have to agree with others, that you have simply spent too much time, "looking" for a 6.0. _____ Also Roy has a very good reputation. I think it speaks volumes that Roy has not bothered to post any more responses to this thread. It just goes to show that when a person has a good reputation, and their word is gold, the truth will shine through. I applaud you Roy for allowing your reputation to speak for itself and being a true class act. Before this thread, I always knew that you would be the first person I would call when my time came. Now, after this thread, I am convinced that you will be the third person I call (after those two HOTTT AZZ ELFS of yours) when the time comes!!!!
