This one seems to me to be the same car (in 1982). Different reg since it was with a different owner? Sorry not to add a different car to this already great and promising pic collection. Copyright me. Image Unavailable, Please Login
0152 EL. When the Belgian collector E.G. got it in October 1979 he first had it registered on "3931.B", and later on "FGY 988". In 1999 it went back to Italy.
Right. And with all the shortened 250 GT chassis, we have also all those body changes. Here is #0182ED at the Mille-Miglia 1988. And Mauro Forghieri with the hand on his head. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Very sorry to say but it is not 0330 MM but 0332 MM. The second owner of 0332 MM was Joaquim Filipe Nogueira (not to be confused with José Arroyo Nogueira Pinto) and he had it on Portuguese license plates "NR-13-86". Thereafter (August 1955) it went to Leonel Castelo Branco e Castro who usually raced it using the alias name "Casteliano". Marcel Massini

0157 EL. Fake Italian front plate should read VR 33361 for Verona, not VE 33361 (Venezia), and is not the old black type of the 1950s. The Verona plate was the second registration of 0157 EL. Originally it was on Milanese license plates. There should be no Ferrari shields on the fenders and no Prancing Horse in the grille. The additional rectangular fog lights below the front bumpers are way too modern for this lovely old car and could be removed. The entire chrome stripe - which separates the two colors - around the cockpit and down to the trunk lid is missing, as are the chrome stripes on the front and rear bumpers. Also, there should be no Ferrari script on the trunk lid and it is way too modern. The corners of the black color should follow the lines of the trunk lid and not go straight down. Exhaust system has been replaced and is incorrect. Marcel Massini
250MM #0334MM at the Nürburgring in 1986. Beautifull lines, but why so many cars have lost the bumpers?

Jeez, Marcel, I have pix of 15 different cars (and usually multiples of each!) This is going to take a long time---you owe me big time! We'll start with 0096E. I've skipped 0090 as you already have better pix than I. Image Unavailable, Please Login
