i like the scuderia f1 type stripe. wanna see the roof a little bit better...
Hi Rodolfo, Yes, Rosso Fuoco indeed, although it looks darker on the pics: Rosso Fuoco really needs certain angles in the sunlight to come alive, like on the GTO pics. Ciao, Lars T.
The GTO looks so much better with the 458 wheels http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1325658&stc=1&d=1305705264
Lars - by the way, have you ever seen any Ferrari's in your spotting that have Nuevo Rosso paint (triple layer red ...also called F1 2007)? thanks, George P.S. Just heard from factory that my car shipment is delayed another week, so car will be here in 2 weeks....
Hi George, Yes, but not directly at the factory. I´ve seen it on a few 16M´s, but the colour is very rarely chosen. Sorry to hear you have to be patient for two more weeks... Ciao, Lars T.
Hi all, Today with Lars' advice, I visited the Ferrari factory (gates) at Maranello and the Lamborghini factory at Sant'Agata. I spent a couple of hours at each and spotted a plethora of interesting cars coming and going. At Ferrari: several 599 SA Apertas (and a few shells), 5-10 599 GTOs, several 458 GT3s, dozens of Ferrari FFs (often in groups of 3-4), dozens of 458s and Californias, a 612, and a 599HGTE. Lots of rentals/ visiting Ferraris cruising around too. The FFs do have a impressive road presence from some front angles, but the side and back views are very unfortunate IMO. At Lamborghini: a black AVENTADOR, lots of 570-4 SLs and SL Spyders, 560-4s, and a stunning purple Diablo VT 30th Anniversary. On the way to Maranello, I passed nearby Maserati and saw a half dozen or so GTs and QPs driving around, including a GranTurismo MC Stradale which sounded excellent. I took hundreds of photos which I will post in due course (maybe need to wait until I return to Australia). Luke
A few more pics, including a very nice Bianco Fuji/red FF. Tomorrow it´s time for my last update, maybe Luke can then post his pics here too Ciao, Lars T. + 1 ! And many thanks for your pictures Lars. It's just as if I was there Question: the cars seem to exit AND enter through this gate. I remember last year they entered through the other gate? Gr. Martin

Thanks for sharing Lars. I was there a year ago (368 days ago, but who is counting?), did the tour and all. Happy 40th to me! fantastic! seems like you saw half of the GTO production during your 2 days!
