Farewell to my beloved 612 and welcome New Cali T HS

    Hi guys, not new here but often i prefer to enjoy your threads instead write.
    Anyhow, make sense this time to share with you that finally after much thinking i had to replace my beloved 612 Nero Daytona - Cuoio of 2005 with 110.000kms, for a new California T HS. This time in a more classic combo. It has to be said that even if still in love with her, the 612 was no more practice for me as not any more regular really long distance travelling due to im not 20 anymore 🤣. Also it makes more sense to enjoy a Cali in my area (south of Spain) where only rains max 30 days out of 365 days per year, wheather its never cold and only boiling in August, and lots of twisty mountain roads (the 612 wasnt a cornering animal), last but not least, the 612 has to be driven on a regular basis otherwise Gremlins start to appear, so i believe the Cali its a more reliable baby in this scenario. I will try to include some photos now and i promiss to post a full review in the next future of my new baby as for the moment still sitting in my garage waiting for the plates and only driven her shortly once few days ago when test before purchased her.     Congratulations! You're going to love it. It is a much more versatile car than the 612. It can be used in many different ways.

    As said i hope to share with you a "very extensive" review (end of Sept) as in the minute i receive the plates im leaving to a 7 days rally / 2.600 kms with all Spanish F club crowd to the 70th anniversary in Italy to join celebrations and events. Crossing Spain South to North, Monaco, Italy lakes, Milan and Maranello. Taking wife with me as whining co-pilot!!! Hahaha its going to be e-p-i-c!!! A proper adventure for sure!!!

    Indeed my area is appropriate to daily drive her as supercars are common here and roads are fair. Only problem is paying attetion to parking slots to avoid dents. In fact in the last 2 years i was not driving her that much and this is when she started to become un-reliable. Its a shame as when a swap the dealer was really impressed and said its like a 5.000 km car, only shame of mileage. After my experience i can reccomend a 612 only if you drive her once or twice a week minimum. If this is not the case forget it.

    Think you will love the T. We picked our new T up on a Monday afternoon and left early Wednesday morning on a 1600 mile trip! Awesome car with great road manners and tons of performance!

    That is indeed epic. Pictures are awesome. Let your wife drive it a bit. My wife refused at first, but she finally relented, and within a few minutes she was a veritable Sebastian Vettel! Safe travels.
