i was saying to JM on the MM as to what great value the QV cars are. Would look that for about 100k you will get a great car with history ,remember years ago how a friend bought a 308QV nearly new for about 120k and drove it everyday for a few years. Good entry level car with little tear up and strong /reliable car. Gunna?
I enjoy often driving PJs car,if i had the space I'd have one and drive it everyday. red and magnolia.

Despite PP's comments................... Rob I know of 3 very good Oz delivered 308 GTS QV's that have changed hands recently....only one was advertised, and all went for around 90k with average 50,000klms...... Good 308 QV's Oz delivered are hard to find..... Several people I know are actively seeking them.... Demand for them appears stronger than 328.......I agree with Karabils comments, for me the 308 is just a nicer looking car.....slightly more "raw" and a better drivers car! Want a drivers car? Get a 308 QV.....problem is no GTB's were OZ delivered!!! Fibreglass is for Corvettes and Bolwells PP!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
No problem buy a Euro RHD -- they are more powerful anyway, there are good ones around but again they are rare and will be in that 80 to $100,000 price range. And yes I agree that the 308 is more raw and exciting to look at and more exciting to drive. Perhaps more the sort of sports car that Enzo invisaged but boy are 328's easy and reliable and faster and the air con works better and the hand brake works, and, and......... Ask me any day and I'll take a carby 308!
oh please spare me from all the deluded people. Enzo had bugger all to do with the 308, Ferrari road car design and manufacturing was controlled by Fiat after 1969.
Understand what exactly? That the glass cars are NOT that much lighter than steel cars in reality! That repairing a glass car is highly problematic! That the only reason glass 308's exist is Ferrari's rush to get them into production! That the market and insurance companies at the time turned against them and forced Ferrari to go steel! That fibreglass bodywork smacks of "kit car",amateur hour! Oh yeah one good thing........they don't rust.....although sill panels are still steel! One thing I do understand is exactly why so many people think your a "knob"!.... Love you long time PP....L.O.L!
