    gorgeous 355 TR congrats, the 355 is one of the cars that started my passion for cars!!! i wish i could see it in person but duty calls this thursday...hopefully someone will take pics and post them

    Red mid-late '90s Viper roadster with matching fiberglass roof panel this morning on the Loop near Sams.

    As the mercury climbs, I see more and more sports cars in the Rose City.

    In the last week I have seen the same AM Vantage V8 all over Tyler.

    Once on Monday downtown and again on Wednesday on Old Jacksonville.

    This later spot confirms that the owner likes the car as it was clearly at WOT as it passed me in the other direction.

    Sounded very good!!!!

    The owner of the Aston is the M.D. over trauma at TMFHS. Silver Quattroporte on S. Broadway today. The damage is fixed. Same lady driving it when I saw it damaged.

    While I was in Tyler with my 355 on Sunday, I spotted a nice NEW black Maserati GranTurismo on Loop 323 near 155 S.

    Looked very mean in all black with blacked-out wheels and very dark tint.

    I gave him a honk and wave, but we were traveling in opposite directions in the outside lanes so didn't get a real close look.

    I hope this is the beginning of a trend in the ET area with an influx of exotic machines.

    I spotted the same car at La Piazza in front of Bridget's. Beautiful car!!

    I was in the 355, you didn't see me??

    Tuesday or Wednesday I saw a nice silver NSX on the Loop near Broadway.

    Not really a true exotic (no flames, please), but for Tyler, very rare.

    Saw the doc on the loop in the V8 Vantage (at a gas station:))

    Shortly after drooling over the F355 owned by TRscotty, I saw a green Bentley Arnage or Turbo R at the loop and Broadway. Scott, I heard you put a real silly grin on the face of a 12 year old boy after a short ride.

    Haha, yeah, I think he liked the fact the car could accelerate with such force and all that beautiful gas-burning music!!!

    He put his seast belt on, so I tested the tensioners and the little guy just looked like the Cheshire Cat, so fun!!!

    It's your turn, you should have come back. I may even let you drive so as to get you off your bum and BUY ONE!!!

    Hi guys, I've been lurking for a while and thought I would go ahead and post in here. I grew up in Tyler, graduated from R.E.L., so I'm VERY familiar with the area. Moved to Dallas after college graduation, and shortly thereafter purchased a 1989 Lotus Espirt that I drove to and around Tyler quite often. I would be in town every few weekends visiting the folks. I moved to Hawaii in 1998, then to Brisbane, Australia, in early 2004. Just moved back to Dallas about six months ago and trying to settle back into Texas living. Anyway, it hasn't been delivered yet, but I just recently purchased a 1990 348ts that I'm shipping down from Canada. So... once again, I plan on driving it on a quasi-regular basis to Tyler from Dallas to visit the folks.

    TRScotty: BEAUTIFUL car. I honestly think the 355 is the best looking car EVER! If I didn't get such a crazy deal on the 348 mentioned about, I would be tunnel-vision focused on a 355 at some point. I'm still recovering from the costs of a trans-pacific move so an F-car purchase given the timing was not the most responsible decision I've made, but given the opportunity that presented itself, rationality went out the window. Y'all know how THAT goes when it comes to these cars.

    Are you going to be more anchored to Tyler or DFW?

    I saw an Aston DBS today on I-20, headed west between Van and Canton this afternoon.
    I MUST own one of these someday soon!!!

    It was that dark metallic grey and looked so MEAN!!!!!!

    If this is my old friend Jason Coats, welcome back. The last time I saw you, you gave me the pleasure of riding in the Lotus. Now you have a Ferrari. You and Scott are really applying some pressure here to get an exotic. It will be nice to see the car someday. Greg Howerton

    Oh, yeah, I saw a beautiful brand-new Porsche Turbo Cab in white yesterday on the Loop in front of Peltier Nissan/Advantage Auto, etc. It was stunning!!! The P-cars look very cool in white.
