For the twisty bits, go east of Bangkok to Kaw Yai national park. It's about 1.5 hours away from BKK. It's quiet during the week day, nice air, good road up the mountain (but rather narrow), you will have a good drive. But watch out for monkeys, deers, and occasionally elephants...they wonder on the road sometimes. I look for some road myself around here, but most of them are suitable for big sport cars like Ferrari (or even RX-7's size). But I have a lot of fun in my MX-5.

I will be in LOS (Land of Smiles in 15 days!!! WooHoo!!! So sorry I missed coming out and seeing this event! Well, if I can buy any of you a drink when I do get there, please let me know!
Any events, or just "coffee rallies," I should know about...? I should be in town for about 15 to 20 days.
This year FCT annual meeting will be on October 6-7 at Sheraton resort Pattaya! There would be around 50 ponies cruising from BKK. The track event on old navy airbase will be included also. Check out the details at www.ferrariclubthailand.com! BTW, our Sunday morning coffee gathering is always there at Starbucks Marketplace, Thonglor!
Sunday Morning Coffee is a regular event. The numbers that show up varies, but it was huge fun among people who goes. Last time was the biggest yet with over 20 cars of all sorts. If you have the chance, stop by at Starbuck in soi Tonglor market place (opposite of soi Tonglor 5)... I try to go there as often as I can.
If there's any f-chat people out there going to be in Thailand over the weekend of October 6-7 please come to see us at the Sheraton Resort Pataya. There's going to be a get-together of just over 60 Ferrari to celebrate 60 years of Ferrari in grand style.
It was another great turnouts today. Those are including TWO of brilliant F599 Fiorano, a stunning Murcie LP640, few colorful Gallardos, a cool AM Vantage, couple of tiny Lotus Exiges, and series of F575, 512TR, 456, 355, 348, 360, etc. Again, nice conversations plus good coffee and breakfast were making it a wonderful Sunday morning here in Bangkok!!!
