Florida Ferrari Spotters

Thanks guys! I did not stop by the Swap Shop although I've actually seen Preston Henn driving his FXX (at Road Atlanta earlier this year); I'm really not a fan of shows/dealers/displays so I tend to avoid that stuff. Also I think the girlfriend would not have been pleased to add more car elements; she almost died with all the car focus on Saturday!

 

Haha, I know how that is. The first time I went to visit my girlfriend at her house (in Florida) we were driving and met a blue Lamborghini Diablo SV. The sight and sound were both stunning, and my jaw dropped. She didn't even notice it. She doesn't realize how much of a hot spot she lives in for car spotting (compared to where I live.) Every time I come down I try to hit up Orlando for a little spotting, and she just can't understand it. Oh well!

 

Stopped by Bal Harbour for lunch today. Saw some goodies as well....

In the photo below, which is an interior shot of Bal Harbour I took when I was visiting, you can see Prada and Dior as well as fish swimming in an interior pond, and just a glimpse of a Lotus on display from The Collection (in addition to an Aston). I feel that between the stores, the fish, and the car this shot sums up Bal Harbour nicely.

Ok, so apparently the best spot in Orlando is at a Magic game! After the game, around the arena I saw a Rolls-Royce Phantom, 2 Bentley GTs, a Bentley Flying Spur, Maserati Quattroporte, Aston Martin DB9, Ferrari F430, Ferrari California, and a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560!

 

Saw a red 360 spyder getting gas in Tavernier about 10:00 A-M then about 3:30 a white Maserati Q-P on turnpike northbound near Orlando.

 

I saw either a 550 or 575 that was flat black and had a giant wing on the back on the Tamiami Trail.

Steve Motosko (sp?)...he also has an F40 that's driven nearly every day, rain or shine. Pretty sure he also has an Ariel Atom.

My office is across from the Ritz and I see all kinds of things during the day. Maser GT are everywhere. Bentleys are as common as the hearing aid stores around here.

Was there a girl driving the California?

There indeed was a women driving the California. The windows had dark tint but i would say she had brown/brunette hair.

 

Beautiful Euro 308 QV GTS out in front of my office today on Datura, down town west palm.

 

Took my 456M in for service yesterday and saw a couple nice 360s, a yellow 355, and... a *black* Enzo!

 

- rosso rubino 360 on Yamato (boca) by t-pike overpass around 430 yesterday (sat)--looked stunning.

- minutes later argento (i think) 612 w/ panthers tag on Spanish River by FAU's rear entrance.

 

In Coconut Grove this morning:

* black/red Maserati Gran Turismo
* green E-Type (drove by too fast to determine which series)
* two black Aston DB9s
* blue/white Cobra replica (new tags)
* lots of Bentleys
* two early 20s Ford antique vehicles cruising through

It was on 441 in Boca turning unto Yamato

 

I was on my way to Jupiter and heading south on the Turnpike there was, a blue Murcielago Roadster, a red F430 Spyder and red 360 Spyder a silver SLR, and a silver R8. All in one group.

On my way home on Southshore, I can't beleive my eyes, I saw what I beleive to be a silver Porsche 959. The head lights were very 959-esque. I couldnt look at it as right when it drove past, a guy cut me off.

Any one on here?
