The order is fine and you don't risk putting it into "R" while at a traffic light. It's just that tricky position of the hazard button.
Something I look forward to getting used to no doubt. The steering wheel in the FF was alien for the first few drives then becomes second nature. It's what makes it special.

How was the traction on ice and did the cars have snow tires on them? Would appreciate your review of the car on ice etc. Thank you.
Thanks, it's getting harder by the minute to identify the different metallic reds. As I said before, beautiful
Thank you! The pictures seen in the internet from the diffrent reds is sometimes misleading and is also heavily dependent on what the current light conitions are as it also the case for other colors of course. As you know, Rosso Maranello is a triple layer color that looks candy apple red under artifical light where as it starts to pop somewhat in the sun light and looks more like Rosso Mugello (non metalic) just before the sun sets down. The color is very rich and has a lot of depth. My former FF was in Rosso Fiorano which I liked in the sun but when it was cloudy there was this additional dominant orange touch coming in that bothered me. In Courmayeur at the Ferrari test weekend last year there was also a GTC4Lusso in Rosso California around. Based on the pictures I had seen before I thought it was a stunning red but as soon I saw it in realty I was disappointed. Lucky me there was also another client with an FF in Rosso Maranello around at that weekend which hit me immediately. This was exactly the red I was looking for! 🤤 Anyway, there are so many beautiful colors that suit the Lusso!

This is so interesting. How would you compare Rosso California to R.Maranello or any of the more veterans? You might as well become an expert metallic red advisor to our community, as not many people seem to have actual experience to be able to compare more than 2-3 of these reds
Has anyone asked their dealer/factory if we will there wil be a retrofit keyless-door unlock system for the GTC4L? it must pop-up as an option at some point???? since you don't need the key to start the car, just to unlock the doors+boot+activate lights, which itself is a bit odd as you already have a keyless receiver in the car to begin with, so why go halfway and not the 100% full keyless???? my 1st thought is that it's a way to squeeze more €'s out of buyers.....or is there a real technical reason....????
https://www.autogespot.com/ferrari-gtc4lusso-1/2017/02/04 No shields. I personally prefer them. Let's have a little quiz. Which was the first model to offer such option. I think it was 360 modena.
355 had them too. Rosso Maranello is beautiful - I have two cars in the colour. When we ordered our Speciale, there were two triple layer colours on the darker side of RC and two on the lighter side; RM and Rosso Berlinetta, Rosso Nuovo F1 2007 and Rosso Fuoco. RM was candy red with a silver base and RB (debuted on the F12) had a gold base. You can see this when they're side by side. RM is a stunning colour and is so so deep in the sunlight. It is the only one of them that is a triple layer mica paint (small metallic spheres instead of flakes) which gives a finer reflection of light.
Kinda does - here's some more pics Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
