Help With Magneride

I took my car to specialist who has a speed bump in their forecourt, when the car goes over the bump there is a very bouncy feeling, we did this a few times whereby each pass was very springy.

Technician then pushed the wings down outside the vehicle, and once again this was very bouncy and quite easy to push down.

We tried the same on another parked California in the garage and it was very difficult to push down the wings unlike my vehicle.

The car was in Sport mode.

I have had it in comfort a couple of times, however there is no noticeable difference in the suspension between sport & comfort.

Does this sound normal?

Is this a characteristic of magneride or do dampers need replacing?

Also when I come off a pavement the car does bounce/spring.

However when driving on the roads everything seems normal.

The bouncyness is only there when driving off a pavement/over bumps etc.

Please advise.
