Here is the same dark blue (mirrors and yellow fog lights) sitting on the left of #10622 black one... Image Unavailable, Please Login
you are right kevin... was too exhausted to answer late in the night !!! but do you agree with me the 2nd blue is the same ?
I agree, the 2nd blue is the same as the one next to #10622; same mirrors, yellow fog lights, antenna and also old style registration plate (white on black). For a moment I was thinking that this mystery car was #10622 but your picture shows these are two different cars. I special feature on this car is the small dent / missing paint on the arch of the left front fender (off course this can be easily corrected by now).
Hi folks, I've just arrived from a full week of detective work, interviews and discoveries, this one I can't wait to share it with you : Ferruccio Lamborghini bought only ONE... only ONE brand new Lamborghini car : Jarama GTS #10418 with engine number #40979 (unfortunately engine is sitting in VIN #10564), the other cars he bought were secondhand cars, like his Miura SV and his Countach S. He never bought a new Islero, Miura, Countach or any other model. He was using "PROVA" license plate for all these cars during his ownership of the company. The only one to have been registered & recorded considering the period administratives documentation is #10418... my witness being the person who did all the administrative procedure in order to register it on Ferruccio's name !
so it was right to put it in its correct thread : http://www.fountainsofthegreatdeep.com/bizzarrini.htm it is Jarama GTS VIN # 10582... with another bodywork, done apparently by a Bizzarrini afficionados...even if the origin is discussed by some guys ! for me, it is still a Jarama... reshaped. ciao, www.jaramaregistry.com Image Unavailable, Please Login
Still working out the kinks and gremlins (headed back to Bill Pollard at SportAuto for the third time), but a few hours of elbow grease showed some nice cosmetic results. among the to-dos, remove the fake "s" badge Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow wow wow. Clean! Fantastic. Car looks familiar, have you had it long? Thought I saw it for sale. I'm in CT, we should get together with our Jaramas.
A Very nice example. You should bring it to Le Belle Machinne this Saturday at the Mt. Airy lodge. It's only about 1 1/2 hours from the GW bridge via route 80. You'd do pretty well with that car in the Vintage Lamborghini category.
This one is quite new on Youtube. Perhaps you know the car? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4hAJa6Q7d4Y[/ame]
yes I have them in my PC at home I will release that later when I will be back from holidays... but I can tell it is not original paint but it is original interior. Engine & overhall mechanic need a lot of attention to be a good driveable car... I've inspected it twice, 2008 and this year in May. Why ? Are you looking to buy one ?
