DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TROY FATS OF FATSeXXOTICS !!!!

After buying grandmas Vibrator he told me he would sell me the cart I was using so I could haul the batteries, three G.I.L.F. Vids, twelve gallon bucket of lube, used towels (got a discount), sack of pubies I collected in the nickel booth, and flavored condoms... i like to put them over my orange cream pops..and freeze them... they last longer and taste better...ANYWAY... so Troy offers me this cart.. I could not resist.. I dreamed of a cart like this all my life... so I bought it.. and now... the cops who investigated the accident are taking it telling me its stolen!!!

    ME MAD !!!

Look, I don't know where you get off, but I've purchased my last two Enzos and my three Bugattis (for my Playboy tripletts) from Troy, and FATSeXXOTICs rules!

I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat!

Since they kept the title you will have to buy them again. They rejected my credit cards! I stole them fair and square out of my neighbors mail box too.

No silly, you can't just get credit cards out of your neighbor's mailbox...you have to first get birth certificates from dead people, and then have CC companies mail 6th Sense cards to your home in their name...

...then you have to go buy your Lambos and Bugattis with them as your down payment!

(oh, and don't forget to scam your state out of its sales taxes so that you can be Bubba's cell mate in a few years)

Another minor detail here. Roy said very specifically that CATS did not send the title to Josh's lawyer, but instead sent it directly to Josh. This would appear to contradict Roy's statement?

Ok, so now that it's officially April 1st, do we get to find out that this is all really a joke??

FYI, Kevin was in-correct in this, the TITLE was sent to Josh directly via FedEX, which he even states that yes he got it FedEx on Feb 2,2008, still having the FedEx envelope..Kevin was aware it was going to a lawyer in Montana, however he does not send them out, my title clerk does and it went to Josh..sorry for any mis-understanding there...

Can't agree with this. While the OP seems to be intellectually and maturationally challenged, doing your homework when buying a used car from a licensed dealer does not include determining whether or not it was stolen, or reported as such, prior to purchasing. Legal remedy against Mr. Cats is appropriate, as even he as admitted. It's just that Mr. 360 Spider is approaching it in a very destructive fashion.

Correction...the title was sent directly to Josh who in turn sent to his lawyer in Montana. Sorry for the confusion on that one...my bad.

Perhaps after today we'll know who, with certainty, and when the car was reported stolen (or other reason given for it to be impounded).

At this point, it would seem that more than one player (e.g. original leaser and end buyer) are attempting to pull (perhaps different) scams?

    Just a word of caution.

Flaming is still a no no here.

    Personal attacks also.

Keep this conversation about the events, not about the personalities of non participant posters in the thread. Or for that matter, about the parties involved directly in the issues.

If you guys can't keep it civil, we'll temp ban anyone who takes this into the gutter and shut the thread back down.

    NO PERSONAL ATTACKS.

    Dave
