Great thread.... Did anyone else notice the pic of the Enzo filling up? The shot of the rear of the car. There happened to be a poster of a black prancing horse taped to the pump that was filling the Enzo? Was this just a random coincidence, or was the station expecting the arrival of the newest Ferrari supercar? Strange either way.......
That's Shell Oil's promotion for "Shell Racing" fuel. There are TV ads with that black horse running in the sea, complete with Hawaii style waves. The message is simple: Shell Racing premium fuel will give your average car the power of a Ferrari.
I was under the impression it was bought and now owned by Herb Chambers. As well as the black F1 in MA. That both reside at Turner. This was taken from a Turner employee. Edit: Wow.. didnt know I havent ever posted. Hello Gentlemen.
I was never a big 456 fan until following that one around for a weekend. I still think they ALMOST border on being bland but I have a whole new respect for them and can see some of the classic lines in them now.

Geez...I'm trying to imagine what the gas station's owner must have been saying when he saw all those cars pull up: "Yeah, I can finally get that new hip I've saving up for."
