Not an aviator or collector of vintage aircraft, but if I were this would be high on the list.

Electra Junior, actually, and really one of the first intended as an executive aircraft, sort of a precursor to today's business jets. There is one here in the southeast and it is a beauty.

Hmmm, is the car in the pic when it was registered in Great Britain an Aston-Martin?

    Thanks.

I posted it before but I got to fly a Lockheed Model 12 for several hours and it is one of the easiest and nicest airplanes that I have ever flown. Reg. number N12AT. It didn't seem to have any special quirks or difficult procedures and I flew it "off the cuff" so to speak without any difficulties at all. Made three nice landings at three different airports and felt right at home in it. I felt really bad when it was totaled when the EAA had it.
