Guys I stumbled on this yesterday, a real nice way to go get a coffee. https://vimeo.com/198849763
Great video! Nice to see a Miura driven especially in the snow. So is there a little oil bypassing the rings or running rich?
The original Lamborghini V12 had no oil seals on the valve stems, so you always had some smoke. It is especially noticeable on start up after the car has been sitting a bit.
Took my SV out for a spin today first time after the winter hibernation. What a very special car on so many levels. Fueling it at a local gas station resulted in a small crowd. I was very surprised when two 15-16 year old boys ran over and said, wow a Miura! Never seen one live. It's amazing to see that teens recognize this 50 year old icon. Geno
Not that long ago the kids would have read about the Miura being referenced in auto magazines. It's like the music thing - Metallica<Black Sabbath<Beatles<Chuck Berry etc. Now they can "drive" the Miura around the Nurburgring on their desktop PC.
