Has anyone been to ALL of these arenas? Colorado St Louis Minneapolis Chicago (maybe) I am going to go to one game this season, which venue is the best?
I would be more concerned with the product on the ice, not the quality of the venue. Are going there to watch a hockey game, or buy the building?? Pick the venue that will give you the most exciting hockey game for your dollar.
The Wild play in downtown St. Paul.......right downtown. That's 10 miles from downtown Minneapolis. Just so yah know.............
Pegula Arena ( where the Wild played the Sabres two weeks ago) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8LXcXdJLIKo I might be a little opinionated
I've been to a lot of NHL games, but from your list, only CO and Chicago. Chicago is a great experience. Highly recommended. Every game feels like game seven of the playoffs. Mark
Because I don't follow hockey anywhere NEAR like I used to, so I don't care too much about the game itself. I used to play in a league, but that was 35-40 years ago. There was a time I could name nearly every player on every team, and today I MIGHT be able to tell you 3-4 names in the entire league. Sydney Crosby, and actually that's about it. Now, harken back to the days of mike bossy, derek sanderson, gil perrault, davey keon, i tell ya I could go on and on and on....
Make a trip up to Edmonton. Brand new arena, and brand new team. Mcdavid is by far the best player in the NHL.
Come up to Winnipeg I'll take you to a Jet game! Patrick Laine is worth the price of admission this season! I'm actually old enough to have seen Selanne score 76 as a rookie and Laine is living up to the hype thus far! Don't think they are a playoff team as they need to realize the goalie is the most important player on the team
Jeff. About 10 games into the season I told a good friend of mine who is a Winnipeg native that the Jets have playoff chances IF they get some goalkeeping. Patrick Laine is worth the price of admission
