The rep stated that the car was being put on a truck, early monday morning to be flown back to France. Ring the Bently show room in sydney...
Met up with the owner of the only Audi R8 (AWD, V8) in Perth this morning for a photoshoot. First time I had seen it and nothing prepares you for what it looks like in person, pics don't do it justice - so unique and futuristic! Draws as many looks as any Ferrari or Lambo I've been in before. Seemed most people just didn't know what it is they're looking at. http://ozcarsightings.com/Audi%20R8%20Photoshoot.php - 29 HIGH RES PICS Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Thanks for sharing pics mate. I still do not really like the looks of it. I think it may be the rear end or something?
I have had another good look at these amazing pics. Its not the ass end I dislike. I think its the roof line/rear C-pillar. That or the R8's wheel base is too long or something??
I saw one in black 2day they look short when you're standing next to it, and drove a S8 not bad very comfortable.
Nice photo's, but I don't like the look of the R8 at all - IMHO the curvature of the front bonnet doesn't balance the rear of the car, the distance betweent the A pillar and the front of the car is too short in relation to the rest of the car and the panel painted in the lighter silver colour only emphasises that problem. I don't see this shape being seen as being a classic in the future. M
Great photos as always Dingo! I wasn't too keen on the R8 looks - but have seen it once on the road for a few seconds and it is incredibly striking!

I'm not saying your wrong or that the rep is wrong. I am just stating that the Bugatti is expected to be, and running, at the Grand Prix. Time will tell I guess.
Damn it! I would of driven past tonite had I read this eariler in the day! I hope they take it to GP.
Never mind the car, awesome pics! I like them, but I think they are very colour dependent car. I seen one all red and it looked shocking that light blue one at the motorshow was boring, yet these darker coloured cars look amazing.
