Pretty good selling price for a rusty car! Those paint/rust bubbles stopped me from looking at it on day one. Overall, though, the Euro cars are very sexy!

My guess it will not sell on eBay but will be negotiated privately. Someone will get a VERY nice car.
What kind of ignition is this ??? (the ebay offer) Is it the US ignition ? The EU looks completely different
GT4 Brothers, I am running the twin distributors and even though many have changed I prefer the old style. Even though I have a sun distributor machine, I originally set them up with a feeler gauge and it ran just as well as after I used the machine. I have found very little points wear and only need to lubricate the advance weights every few years.... Not picking on anyone else's choice just my path... I think that car looks great just in CA a 75 model is almost mandatory.... Rob
Mine is a 1978 build (1979 registration) with single distributor The previous owner rebuilt the distributor and fitted Petronix electronic ignition (for which he is a UK importer). All I can say is it has worked fine for me so far. So no complaints. F
I can see it. My GT4 came to me with Petronix, but on my old TR4 I went from points to solid state back to points. Maybe it was the advance curve but it just felt better and is not really that hard to maintain. Sometimes old school rules
My car has original points ignition and runs great. I did install some NGK iridium plugs yesterday. We'll see if it makes a difference👍
