Official 308 GT4 Market Thread

If you believe Hagerty's valuation tool, a 1975 GT4 in "Condition 3" started at 32.5K in April, jumping to $42K in August. The "Condition 2" cars brought another $15K on top of that.

These values may have been influenced by the pricey European market, but isn't out of line for what I recently paid for a known car here in the USA.

 

Ouch...

At least the price is reasonable....50 bucks

Thank god the best GT4s are starting to realize their true value- But I think my GT4 is a nicer car- I insisted that my car be done to show quality paint standards- the Canadian car- after several conversations with the seller, was not.

GT4's have fiberglass floors. There is also an aluminum finish panel underneath that, which is what you see looking under the car.

 

Price is a litle optimistic but the cosmetic changes could be reversed with a little $'s spent and someone could have themselves a nice Euro driver.

 

... and was offered again for 159k EUR weeks ago ...

 

I know sometimes my computer mis-spells words, because I have it set on auto correct however in an ad where most words are misspelled does not give and very good impression to detail!

 

Fixing those engine cosmetic changes will cost a pretty penny, hopefully it wasn't sand blasted before painting, if so it's ruined.

Actually the fiberglass is what is the support the aluminum is very thin and mostly a bottom cover.

If you search Ferrari 308 GT4 for sale, nothing comes up but 1 in the Netherlands and 1 in Germany? Crazy times!
