Note in post #461, that early daytonas had an oil filler cap on the top right cam cover. Not seen on usa/later cars. Ed

Thx! Not the same one but FYI: Sheehan sold one a few months back and mentions the Yonge Street Dealer. The article refers to others sold at the location... "...one of the last three Daytonas sold new into Canada." 1974 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Serial Number 16997 - history page GT
Also, a rare white one... (at least its the only one I have ever seen.) (a film print scan) GT Image Unavailable, Please Login

I accept that this car looks like celeste in the pictures, but it is actually Bleu Chiaro 106-A-38. Mark Shannon
I just picked this one up. I expect that it will get here in a week or two. Classiche'd, Borranis and Cromodora's included, and an exceptional car on all accounts. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
while we're on the subject of yellow Daytonas, couldn't resist adding this little gem: Image Unavailable, Please Login
Belonged to GM designer Chuck Jordan. His staff did this as a joke one day so story goes. None of the 'mods' were permanently attached
correct Chuck had gone on vacation, and when he returned he was taking a guest around on a 'tour" when they came across this.... the "inmates" decided to "customize" his Daytona
truth be told.......there were probably some that were even "better" but discretion and "common sense" doesn't permit their disclosure now back to Daytona photos......
just 2 of us really ,and Chuck had only the Daytona in yellow, his other Ferraris were silver or red.......the "other" Tifosi @ Design opted for the "regular" palette of colors red, silver, black, etc.
