There's Rosso Rubino, kind of a wine color. I too don't care for it, too heavy looking. I think the car you saw is Nuovo Rosso Scuderia, at least that's what it looks like in the pictures. It's more of a candy apple red and it suits the Aperta, with its silver accents, very well IMO. That's a really feminine color. More like something you would see on an older American car like a Cadillac or Chevrolet. -F
I actually like this combination, it quite subtle and suits the Aperta quite well in my opinion, the car isnt meant to be racey like the GTO and this combination somehow seems to soften the shape of the car quite a bit.
its weird that i see some with GTO hoods and others with 599 hoods. i wish all of them has GTO hoods and rear bumper, but im not getting one so my opinion is ****.
seems like a second aperta found it's way to sweden http://www.*********.com/forums/attachments/ferrari-gt/80874d1315925815-ferrari-sa-aperta-official-ts-photo-thread-img_1780.jpg http://www.*********.com/forums/attachments/ferrari-gt/80872d1315925815-ferrari-sa-aperta-official-ts-photo-thread-img_1777.jpg

Really nice.. love the colour scheme.. Is it the lighting or reflections, or is that (normally) bare aluminum c-pillar painted? GT
I think they were painted. I also got the Aperta on film, on track, together with F40s, GTO, 456 special edition, 599XX etc. However, the file is too big... See pics of Aperta and GTO. The pic of the 599XX is not mine (I only have it on film) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

i guess exclusivity is good - for those lucky few who got one. but from a commercial perspective they could have made a ton of money by building another 2000 of these. especially the one with my name on it !
Am I crazy, but I thought the Aperta only came in LHD? This picture would seem to prove otherwise. http://www.flickr.com/photos/alexpenfold/6287727824/in/photostream/
It was always offered in RHD perhaps you are thinking that because Chris Evans got his LHD - that was only because it was the only way for him to get such an early car
I guess I read it here when it was first released last year .. http://www.evo.co.uk/news/evonews/257413/new_ferrari_sa_aperta_supercar.html "Just 80 will be made, and all are already sold, despite a price tag expected to top £400,000 once UK taxes have been added. Five will make it here, just 15 cars heading to Europe. All will be left-hand drive while each SA Aperta will be absolutely unique, says Ferrari, with an abundance of colour and trim combinations inside and out."
