Stunning picture of a F12 Berlinetta in Pozzi Blu:...
I was just reviewing all these F12 pictures and I really believe the car is aging VERY well . I love the the design much more then I did when I first saw the car.. Unlike the 599 which in my opinion was always just a little bulky of a look .. Not meant to put down 599s just a comment that came to mind after looking this thread over.. the 550/575 is the same way has a look that grows better with age..
Could not agree more! I think the 599 was a great design (and MUCH, MUCH better in person than most photos are able to capture), but with the F12 they really hit it out of the park. It is definitely its own harmonious design, utterly modern, very muscular, very functional, and yet manages to contain so many historical cues of the great Ferrari v12 cars of the past. I think the F12 is a timeless design that perhaps doesn't get recognized as much as more outrageous designs (La Ferrari) because everything is so balanced and perfect. It does not shriek or call attention to itself. But neither did the 250 GT. And while probably we'll never see a Ferrari as sinuous, lithe and lean as those early V12 cars again, the F12 is to me just a tour de force of what you can do with a modern design and has the tasteful air of a timeless classic.
I find that 550/575s are aging worse than the 599, which I consider an eternal beauty. The F12 is majestic, absolutely, but the 599 is neverending, unlike, for example, the 612
People, I absolutely need to see more pictures of this particular F12 I just love this alcantara interior, including the steering wheel, a unique feature I didn't see on any F12 yet... https://www.facebook.com/alexsmolik.supercars/photos/a.431127243332.228013.364565428332/10152736813048333/?type=1&theater
Considering there hasn't been that much action in this thread lately, here is how I would spec out an f12 if I had to put in an order in today. Grigio Ingrid! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Spring is here (not really but it's wishful thinking). Anyway put the black wheels back on the car and put the oem aerobridges with the black shields just to switch it up a bit. Also the car was washed for the first time in a few months. Amazing it's still shiny underneath! Image Unavailable, Please Login
an Enzo ? something not clear I'd say a LaF too cause of the different colour of the roof, something typical of the LaFs
Grigio Ingrid probably the most underrated colour of the current basic range. Gotta love it. I also like the interior (I'd definitely always flirt with the two tone cream-beige-Brown) and those would be the wheels of my choice, albeit possibly in a lighter shade. I'd spec the sills in body colour, don't really like how the grey/CF ones mark the silhouette.
Iroko with cuoio Agreed in most cases but the cf option on the headlights just warranted the sills in cf as well. Gives it that classy/aggressive gt look. *Disclaimer - just conceptual and haven't placed an order
