Gooding Daytona sold @260 before fees. I am here in the room, just being a lookie-lou, would like to meet any other fchatters who are here.
Wwwwwhhhhhoooo are you????? It was my car and we are very happy with the sale!!! I hope the new owner feels the car was well bought. I hope our other car in the sale does as well. Bill
Bill, which is the other car of yours in the auction? If you aren't too busy, come by and say hi. I am standing over againt the blue wall in a white button down shirt, holding my pda.
Agreed. The hammer down said sold at 260 not 260 plus etc. It was 260, thats the market for that white Daytona at least.
Hi Dave, I will try and stop by but baby-sitting clients up front for the moment. I can not disclose our other car until it crosses the block but will do so later. Bill
Try leaving with your new purchase without paying the commission and see how far you drive down the road.
Howdy Greg, are you here? I did get some attention from a bidder's assistant at B-J while trying to flag down some of the guys.
Hi Jim, I have this car s/n 90105 as sold at Christie´s Monterey 2005 for $3,535,000, which is almost the same. Was it sold at auction again in the meantime? Regards. Cris.-
Including the buyer commish but not the seller commish is absurd. One can argue the seller thought the the car's market price today was X-commish, same argument opposite side. IF we include the commish, lets include flight costs, transportation costs and maybe hotel expanses. common... The Talbot tells the story. 1 year on and its 30% less.
Spoken like a true spin-merchant! Now its my turn to step up to the mike and spin like a DJ: Lusso at $500k (am I close?), GTO at $560k. The end of the world is nigh...
