Speccing your 812 yet?

I was asked to get my spec in asap as well. I went with boring Rossa Corsa with Nero interior and red accents. The early release red car look so good, I couldn't resist! Otherwise, I would have done some form of white with black interior. Cheers

Just received the specs list from my dealer and was told the delivery is in March 2018.
Region - Taiwan.

 

Nothing boring in a red Ferrari. Actually that's the way they are meant to be! Congrats!

 

Has anyone seen a side-by-side comparison of the titanium sport exhaust tips vs the black ?

 

Going to Maranello week of July 10th to do an 812 Tailor Made session. Did it as well on my F12. Great experience and this time I am paying for my dealer's sales manager to join me. He's excited. Should be FUN����

 

You plan to keep the rosso bordeaux F12 ?

 

Out of curiosity, what do you hope to gain by bringing the sales manager?

 

Perhaps the sales manager has great ideas and knows his preferences/ taste.

Plus it is a great way to build the relationship with the dealer.

( Other ways to create a 'good relationship' are to buy a car you don't want to get a car you do want.)

 

For certain. My daughter will inherit that one some day. It will be at least 2 years before the 812 arrives. I still like the lines of the F12 better, but given that the 812 may be the last NA V12 ( without hybridization) could resist getting the F12 a garage mate.....cheers.

 

Nothing. He's a good guy who has not yet done the Tailor Made experience. Sort of a payback for him being excellent to deal with over the last few years.

 

He does have similar tastes. It will make the decision making process even more fun.

 

I specced the car at the private preview last february.
Dealer have to put it on system before end of June.
September build for december delivery.

Still no confirmation here on Rosso 70th anni - so we wait before I can finalise

 

Hello all.

I am going with a RC/Nero car with red stitching. I would like to go with the new forged rims but am a little concerned that the liquid silver rims might overwhelm the rest of the car. Originally I was going to go with the bright forged rims and black glossy callipers but am now considering the grigio corsa forged rims and leaving the calipers matte black.

What combination do you think would work best? I'm trying to refrain from "stand out" calipers if possible.

I have a similar spec to you except Rosso 70th Anni/Nero and have gone liquid silver rims with black calipers. Seen the car a number of times and looks great IMO

 

Any renderings of the interior?

Nice ... yet why not the Forged Dark Painted Rims?

 

I find the grigio corsa rim finish by far the most appealing against most colors, even though not a huge fan of the new forged rim design....it will probably grow on me. I don't think you can go wrong with that choice.

Everyone has their own taste, but my eye agrees with you that silver rims overwhelm the lines of the car, even more than loud calipers. Ideal for me would be the tdf inspired wheel finished in grigio corsa!
